**Job Title:**
Director of Talent Management
**Role Summary:**
Senior executive responsible for overseeing talent performance, retention, and the operational systems that support a curated roster. Leads a team of talent managers/coordinators, sets strategic direction for talent growth and monetization, and aligns talent activities with brand partners and internal stakeholders.
**Expectations:**
- Own the end‑to‑end talent lifecycle and portfolio performance.
- Deliver consistent, data‑driven decisions and maintain high standards of operational excellence.

- Operate with discretion, authority, and trust in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Directly manage a select roster of talent, driving performance, retention, and revenue health.
- Mentor and lead talent managers/coordinators; conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and accountability check‑ins.
- Develop, document, and enforce SOPs for talent workflows (Asana, Creator Core, contracts, campaign documentation).
- Partner with leadership on talent revenue forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent positioning, growth, and monetization across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Build and oversee affiliate, Snapchat, and podcast programs, establishing systems, processes, and best practices.
- Maintain senior‑level communication with brand partners and lead campaign execution, compliance, and reporting.
- Resolve issues or crises efficiently, and support critical launches, events, and activations.
**Required Skills:**
- 6–10+ years of hands‑on talent management experience; direct talent‑side experience required.
- Proven leadership of people and teams, with strong decision‑making and accountability practices.
- Operational mindset with meticulous attention to detail and systems orientation (Asana, workflow documentation).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Deep understanding of creator monetization models on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and affiliate channels (LTK, Amazon, ShopMy).
- Experience with Snapchat monetization programs and podcast network operations is highly desirable.
- Calm, decisive, execution‑focused, thriving in high‑expectation, fast‑moving settings.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- No mandatory certifications, but knowledge of talent management, performance analytics, or related programs is a plus.
