Job Description
**Job Title:** Marketing Coordinator – Events **Role Summary:** Remote coordinator responsible for planning, organizing, and executing internal and external marketing events to boost brand visibility and support business growth within the pharmaceutical services sector. Works cross‑functionally to manage timelines, vendors, logistics, and promotional activities while tracking performance and recommending improvements. **Expectations:** - Deliver event programs on schedule and within budget. - Ensure seamless attendee experience and brand presentation. - Provide accurate performance reporting and actionable insights. - Maintain professional vendor and stakeholder relationships. - Operate autonomously with a proactive, growth‑mindset approach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end‑to‑end event management (registration, communications, on‑site logistics, booth setup, giveaways, social promotion). - Coordinate vendor contracts for materials, venues, and exhibitors. - Produce and distribute event content across digital channels. - Track event metrics, analyze feedback, and suggest enhancements. - Manage event marketing budget, invoice reconciliation, and expense reporting. - Support competitor and customer research for strategic initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Strong project and time‑management abilities; multitask across deliverables. - Excellent written and verbal communication; clear presentation skills. - Proficiency with project‑management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Wrike, Monday.com). - Experience using marketing automation (HubSpot), CMS (WordPress), and design software (Illustrator). - Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). - Advanced Microsoft Office skills. - Ability to build and maintain stakeholder partnerships. - Adaptability in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments; occasional travel. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of event‑planning or marketing‑related experience; experience in healthcare, life‑science, or regulated industries preferred.
