**Job Title:**
Intern, Research & Insights
**Role Summary:**
Support the Research & Insights team in executing measurement studies and campaign reporting for advertising solutions across CTV, display, mobile, and emerging social platforms. Assist with feasibility, survey development, quality assurance, data analysis, and client‑facing reporting to deliver accurate, actionable insights.
**Expectations:**
- Work full‑time (up to 40 hrs/week) for a 10‑week summer period, primarily on‑site.
- Manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with Research, Sales, and Client Success teams while maintaining clear communication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct end‑to‑end research execution: feasibility assessment, vendor coordination, survey QA, and reporting.
- Build, update, and quality‑check client reports, case studies, and template documents.
- Assist in analysis of brand lift, attention, engagement, sales lift, and foot‑traffic metrics.
- Synthesize cross‑channel findings into concise, actionable recommendations.
- Support documentation of research methodology and best‑practice guidelines.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data trends and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present insights clearly.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Proactive, accountable, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with survey tools and data visualization (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (or recent graduate) in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- No specific certifications required; coursework or experience in research methods, data analysis, or advertising measurement is a plus.
