**Job title** Security Manager **Role Summary** Lead the global security organization, designing and implementing an enterprise‑wide security strategy that protects platforms, data, and information systems. Drive compliance, risk management, incident response, and business continuity across on‑premises and cloud environments while managing a dispersed security team and collaborating with senior technology leaders. **Expactations** - Deliver measurable security improvements and risk reduction. - Report security outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership. - Excel in both strategic planning and hands‑on technical execution. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee vulnerability management, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs. - Manage security platforms and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO). - Conduct compliance audits, monitor performance metrics, and report findings. - Lead a globally distributed team of security professionals, setting objectives and driving continuous improvement. - Embed security into DevSecOps processes and coordinate security automation initiatives. - Manage relationships with external vendors, security partners, and threat intelligence providers. **Required Skills** - Deep knowledge of IT security standards (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI). - Experience in cloud security (Microsoft Azure, AWS) and on‑premises environments. - Proven risk management, data privacy, and protection controls expertise. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Ability to set goals and deliver measurable security outcomes. **Required Education & Certifications** - Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field. - Professional certification preferred: CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
