**Job Title:** Product Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead product strategy and execution for a fast‑growing HR‑Tech SaaS platform. Define vision, conduct market and user discovery, build and prioritize roadmaps, and drive delivery and go‑to‑market adoption across France and Europe. Act as an intrapreneurial leader, influencing cross‑functional teams to create innovative, AI‑enabled recruitment solutions.

- Prioritize initiatives based on data‑driven business value, balancing speed and quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and champion the product vision and strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
- Conduct rapid market, competitor, and user research (UX, data analytics) to uncover breakthrough opportunities.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize a quantitative roadmap; justify decisions with business impact.
- Serve as Product Owner: write concise, value‑focused specifications and work closely with developers, designers, architects, and data teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery (Agile/Scrum).
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to plan launches, drive adoption, and monitor post‑launch performance.
- Continuously evaluate product performance, user behavior, and processes to iterate and improve rapidly.
- Communicate product status, decisions, and rationale clearly to diverse stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven track record as a Product Manager/Product Owner in B2B SaaS (preferably HR tech).
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret usage, market, and performance data for decision‑making.
- Mastery of product discovery methods (UX research, data analysis) and delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent influencing and communication skills; capable of rallying cross‑functional teams around a vision.
- High autonomy, rigor, and ability to prioritize under tight timelines.
- Fluent English (oral and written); additional European language a plus.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a bias for rapid iteration and value creation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant product management certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute) is advantageous but not mandatory.
