Job Description
**Job Title** Business Developer – CRM/IT/Cloud **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in CRM, IT, and cloud solutions for enterprise clients. Conduct in‑depth market research, develop targeted prospecting strategies, and collaborate cross‑functionally to refine product positioning and customer responses. **Expectations** - Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets for CRM/IT/Cloud portfolio. - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects. - Provide data‑driven insights to product, marketing, and finance teams. - Represent the company at industry events and client meetings. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct market segmentation and demand analysis to uncover new sales opportunities. - Design and execute multi‑channel prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, events). - Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers in target accounts. - Present tailored solutions, including demos and ROI calculations, to prospects. - Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to refine offerings based on customer feedback. - Track sales activity in CRM, report on pipeline status and forecasts to senior leadership. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and quantitative skills – ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at explaining technical solutions to non‑technical audiences. - Proven lead generation and market research expertise in B2B technology sales. - Customer‑centric mindset with proficiency in handling objections and closing deals. - Technical awareness of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and meeting ambitious targets. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. - Certifications in CRM (e.g., Salesforce Administrator/Developer) or cloud platforms (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are preferred. - Minimum of 3+ years experience in B2B sales of CRM, IT, or cloud solutions.
