**Job Title:** GTM Systems, Senior Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the architecture, development, and governance of the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market (GTM) technology stack, anchoring Salesforce as the operational hub and Nue as the quote‑to‑cash backbone. Drive engineering rigor, integration reliability, and AI‑enabled productivity across RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product. Manage a 9‑person Business Systems team and a $2 M tool budget.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver a scalable, multi‑year GTM systems architecture with near‑zero manual administration.
- Ensure high‑complexity business logic runs reliably with defined SLAs, SLOs, and monitoring.
- Increase conversion efficiency, reduce time‑to‑first‑touch, and improve forecast accuracy through automated workflows and AI enrichment.
- Maintain compliance, security, and auditability across all GTM platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and own the unified GTM data model and event contracts spanning Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Nue, and Databricks.
- Design and implement scalable integration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, automated regression testing, and monitoring for all GTM tools.
- Lead critical workflow redesigns: lead routing (HubSpot → Salesforce), CPQ & ordering (Nue), account hierarchy, renewals/churn, omnichannel service (Ada, Aircall), and attribution/scoring (Gong, Clay).
- Establish engineering standards: code review, branching strategy, environment progression, and capacity allocation between KTLO, stability, and roadmap work.
- Manage incident response, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement of delivery metrics (cycle time, throughput, time‑to‑recovery).
- Supervise a 9‑person GTM Business Systems team (Salesforce manager, admins, developer, solution architect; Gainsight specialists; commercial/support tool owners).
- Oversee a $2 M budget for GTM tools, drive tool selection, vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Partner with Security/IT to enforce role‑based access, audit trails, and compliance controls.
- Collaborate with Commercial, CS, Marketing, Finance, FinOps, and Product to prioritize requests, define roadmaps, and champion tool adoption.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and administration (including CPQ).
- Strong experience with GTM platforms: HubSpot, Gainsight, Nue, Gong, Clay, Aircall, Ada, and data platforms (Databricks).
- Proven track record designing and governing complex integration ecosystems (API, ETL, event‑driven).
- Engineering discipline: CI/CD, automated testing, version control, monitoring, SLO/SLI management.
- Leadership of cross‑functional technical teams (8‑12 members) and budget responsibility.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and data models.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change‑management skills.
- Familiarity with AI/ML enrichment for workflow automation and predictive insights.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer certifications; additional certifications in CPQ, Gainsight, or HubSpot are a plus.
