Job Description
Job Title: Sales Technology Manager Role Summary: Own and continuously improve the global sales technology ecosystem, centering on Salesforce and key GTM tools, to enhance reliability, streamline processes, and enable effective sales execution across multi‑regional teams. Expactations: Demonstrate autonomy in managing Salesforce and associated tools; partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to align technology with strategic goals; lead platform migrations, integrations, and post‑merger consolidation; drive continuous improvement and high‑quality data governance. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as primary owner of Salesforce, overseeing configuration, customizations, flows, validation rules, data models, and governance. - Lead major Salesforce initiatives, including migrations, large‑scale configurations, and integrations with Clari, Outreach, Salesloft, CPQ, or iPaaS. - Advise revenue‑operations and sales leadership on tool selection and technology strategy. - Design and maintain scalable, governed processes that balance flexibility and control. - Troubleshoot and resolve cross‑system issues, providing advanced support to administrators and operational teams. - Identify workflow, automation, data quality, and reliability improvements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align systems and processes with evolving business needs. Required Skills: - 5+ years in Sales/GTM systems roles with hands‑on Salesforce administration. - Expertise in Salesforce declarative tools: Flows, validation rules, permissions, and data modeling. - Experience with at least one other GTM platform (Clari, Outreach, Salesloft, CPQ, iPaaS). - Proven ability to translate commercial and operational requirements into scalable solutions. - Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and prioritization skills. - Autonomous, organized, and driven by continuous improvement. Required Education & Certifications: - Salesforce Administrator certification preferred (equivalent experience acceptable). - Background in global B2B SaaS environments a bonus.
