Job Description

**Job title:** Legal Counsel **Role Summary:** Provide strategic legal counsel across all business functions, with a core emphasis on commercial contracting for the EMEA sales team. Draft, negotiate, and advise on high‑value commercial agreements, support product development, and manage intellectual property, data privacy, and corporate matters. **Expatations:** - Minimum of a law degree or equivalent. - At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department. - Proven commercial negotiation skills. - Strong written and verbal communication for non‑legal stakeholders. - Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers. 2. Counsel product and engineering teams on legal risks, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters. 3. Lead initiatives to streamline legal processes and maintain legal playbooks and template agreements. 4. Advise on privacy, data protection, and information security policy implementation. 5.
