Job Description
Job title: People Operations Specialist Role Summary: Responsible for end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, serving as the primary contact for benefits and policy inquiries, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with global and US-specific HR policies, and driving continuous improvement of HR processes. Expactations: - Respond swiftly to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and programs. - Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. - Implement and manage HR policies and procedures organization‑wide. - Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners, IT, Legal, and external EOR providers to deliver inclusive, compliant HR solutions. - Analyze current HR processes, recommend, and implement improvements for scalability and efficiency. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date HR data and documentation in HRIS. Key Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for all employee benefits and policy questions. 2. Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding, coordinating with IT, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders. 3. Oversee the implementation of HR policies, ensuring consistency across geographical locations. 4. Partner with EOR providers to manage employment contracts, amendments, and compliance. 5. Drive process improvement initiatives, evaluating effectiveness and scalability. 6. Maintain current knowledge of US benefits, leave processes, and employment legislation. 7. Support HR projects, including company events and employee experience initiatives. Required Skills: - Minimum 2 years experience in HR operations within a global organization. - Experience working with Professional Employer Organization (PEO)/EOR. - Proficient with US benefits, leave processes, and US payroll (preferred). - Strong HRIS experience. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Analytical and data‑management skills, with proven problem‑solving. - Ability to collaborate across teams and geographical areas. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Preferred HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, GPHR).
