Job Description: **Job Title:** Security GRC Sr Analyst I **Role Summary:** Drive security governance, risk management, and compliance for the LTK platform. Ensure adherence to internal/external standards, align security policies with industry frameworks, and strengthen organizational security through audits, risk assessments, and awareness programs. **Expectations:** - Execute end-to-end compliance management for regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS). - Lead risk-informed decision-making through security risk assessments and third-party risk monitoring. - Maintain and evolve security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and best practices. - Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to reduce organizational risk exposure. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain a centralized control repository, mapping controls to regulatory frameworks. - Coordinate customer security questionnaires, vendor contract reviews, and audit readiness. - Manage risk assessments for new projects, vendors, and technologies. - Oversee third-party risk management (TPRM) program execution and monitoring. - Administer information security policy lifecycle, including documentation and updates. - Design and deliver phishing simulations, training materials, and analysis of results. - Track audit findings and remediation timelines to ensure compliance. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years in cyber security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). - Expertise in security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS). - Strong written/verbal communication for technical-to-non-technical stakeholder engagement. - Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, and privacy teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Preferred certifications: CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CISM.
