Présente en France depuis 1881, l'Armée du Salut évolue sa structure organisationnelle en début de l’an 2000. Ainsi aujourd’hui elle est scindée en deux structures distinctes mais étroitement liées l’une à l’autre; la Fondation de l’Armée du Salut et la Congrégation de l’Armée du Salut.

Plus qu'une simple organisation caritative, la Fondation est le prolongement social des valeurs spirituelles et humanistes de l'Armée du Salut. Elle met son engagement et sa compétence au service de tous ceux qui souffrent. Prévention, aide à la réinsertion, secours d'urgence la mission de la Fondation de l'Armée du Salut est globale.

La Fondation, dont la devise est "Secourir, accompagner, reconstruire", compte aujourd’hui 5 000 bénévoles, emploie plus de 2 700 salariés et gère plus de 225 établissements et services d'action sociale et médico-sociale. Elle est habilitée à recevoir legs et donations et fonctionne notamment grâce à la générosité de ses donateurs et du mécénat d'entreprise.

De l'accompagnement des anciens prisonniers à la création des "soupes de nuit" ; de la Banque alimentaire aux Centres d'Accueil d'Urgence... l'Armée du Salut a contribué depuis plus d'un siècle à faire progresser la dignité de l'Homme. Job Description

**Job title** Socio‑Educational Service Manager (Gender neutral) **Role Summary** Lead and oversee a social‑educational service that manages 194 temporary housing places (56 collective, 138 individual) in a multi‑center setting. Responsible for team management, service operations, budget control, data management, and partnership representation within a broader social‑inclusion framework. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality socio‑educational support aligned with national inclusion policies. - Maintain effective collaboration with partner organizations and the housing administration. - Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and operational standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Organize, animate, and supervise the socio‑educational team (≈9 social workers). - Manage personnel: recruitment, performance, scheduling, and professional development. - Administer housing capacities (allocation, turnover, maintenance) and related data via AGILES software. - Oversee budget: cash flow, financial participation tracking, and funding from FADS and other sources. - Coordinate with the Maison de la Veille Sociale for SIAO compliance. - Represent the foundation and site in institutional and partnership contexts, promoting resident participation. - Contribute to site‑wide events and cross‑structure initiatives. **Required Skills** - Proven experience managing temporary housing or similar social facilities. - Strong team‑leadership, delegation, and conflict‑resolution abilities. - Project‑management methodology expertise. - Analytical skills for data synthesis, risk assessment, and reporting. - Proficiency in French; English language skills are advantageous. - Valid driver’s licence (Category B). **Required Education & Certifications** - Level 6 diploma in social/solidarity organization management or equivalent (e.g., CAFERUIS). - Demonstrated experience in social‑inclusion policy implementation.
