**Job title:** Product Manager
**Role Summary:** Own end‑to‑end delivery of digital products that enable arts funding and stakeholder engagement. Lead user‑centric redesign, roadmap creation, and product lifecycle from discovery to post‑launch, ensuring alignment with business goals, data metrics, and public sector values.
**Expectations:** Work across dispersed offices, collaborate with transformation, design, IT, and business stakeholders, coordinate resources and budgets, and maintain data protection compliance. Deliver measurable impact and continuously improve product quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define product scope, objectives, and roadmap.
- Manage product life‑cycle stages: discovery, alpha, beta, launch, and ongoing improvement.
- Conduct user research, build personas, and capture feedback to prioritize features.
- Prototype, test, and validate solutions within operational constraints.
- Coordinate resources, timelines, budgets, and operational activities.
- Ensure product quality, usability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy‑in and collaboration.
- Share best practices, contribute to community learning, and participate in professional development.
**Required Skills**

**Required Education & Certifications**
