Program Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end integration programs for merchants and financial institutions on a fintech embedded lending platform. Serve as the primary partner interface, coordinating cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, compliance, customer success) to deliver high‑quality, on‑time launches.
**Expectations**
- Manage complex technical implementations across multiple stakeholders.
- Own delivery outcomes, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal resources.
- Communicate with executive partners, translating technical needs into business value.
- Maintain rigorous documentation, risk logs, and project trackers.
- Support scalable growth by establishing repeatable integration processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as day‑to‑day point of contact for merchants, banks, and payment providers.
- Own full lifecycle of onboarding programs: scope, timelines, deliverables, go‑live.
- Translate technical delivery plans into clear business presentations for C‑level stakeholders.
- Define joint responsibilities, enforce accountability, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate integration with third‑party platforms (e.g., shopping carts, marketplaces, gateways).
- Escalate blockers, provide trade‑off recommendations, and maintain transparent communication.
- Align product, engineering, compliance, and customer success for seamless handoffs.
- Maintain dashboards, executive summaries, and project metrics for leadership visibility.
- Drive internal readiness: brief all teams on implementation plans and responsibilities.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years program or technical project management in SaaS or fintech.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, multi‑stakeholder programs.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and risk‑management capabilities.
- Excellent client‑facing communication, including presentations to C‑level executives.
- Proficiency with modern project/program tools (e.g., ClickUp, Azure DevOps).
- Deep understanding of fintech platforms, payment infrastructure, or lending technologies.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
