**Job Title** Sales Director – France (Enterprise Sales) **Role Summary** Lead the go‑to‑market effort for Coalesce’s data transformation platform in France. Drive new‑business acquisition, expand existing enterprise accounts, and partner with key stakeholders to surpass revenue targets while positioning the solution against competing technologies. **Expectations** - Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities. - Keep Salesforce data accurate and produce regular sales performance reports. - Remain knowledgeable of industry trends, competing products, and emerging data‑management technologies. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and execute sales strategies that achieve and exceed revenue goals. - Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships. - Nurture relationships with C‑level and decision‑maker contacts across target organizations. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer‑success teams to ensure a seamless sales cycle. - Provide accurate forecasts and activity updates in Salesforce. - Monitor market dynamics and convey competitive intelligence to internal teams. **Required Skills** - 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a documented record of exceeding targets. - Strong technical understanding of data transformation, ETL/ELT, and modern data‑architecture concepts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Proven capability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable operating in a fast‑growth environment. - Bonus: Experience with Snowflake, data‑warehousing platforms, or ETL/ELT solutions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) are a plus.
