**Job Title** Recruitment Resourcer **Role Summary** Execute end‑to‑end recruitment for early and growth‑stage SaaS companies funded by VC/PE. Focus exclusively on candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles. Deliver on placement fees and OTE targets while developing market expertise and positioning for future progression to client‑facing roles. **Expectations** - 100 % ownership of the full candidate lifecycle from requisition to offer. - Achieve placement quotas and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. - Demonstrate rapid learning of in‑house market dynamics and client needs. - Position for career progression to business‑development (360) or Account Management roles. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Source, screen, and interview candidates for Sales (AE, BDR, VP, CSM, etc.), Marketing, and Customer Success positions. 2. Negotiate offers, coordinate onboarding, and manage communication with candidates and hiring managers. 3. Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to track candidate progress and maintain compliance. 4. Conduct market research to provide talent insights and pricing data. 5. Prepare engagement reports, maintain accurate recruitment metrics, and support fee‑based revenue goals. 6. Build and nurture client relationships to enable future business‑development opportunities. **Required Skills** - Proficient sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent pipelines). - Strong stakeholder and candidate communication, with persuasive negotiation ability. - Attention to detail, time‑management, and self‑directed workflow. - Familiarity with SaaS talent market preferred; experience in any professional services or tech recruitment is acceptable. - Proficiency with ATS, Microsoft Office, and basic CRM tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Recruitment‑related certification (e.g., AIRS, HRCI, SHRM‑CP) is advantageous but not mandatory.
