**Job Title:** Communications Coordinator **Role Summary:** Deliver high‑quality internal and external communication content that promotes brand messaging and engages stakeholders across digital and traditional channels. Work closely with the Head of Communications to support the company's messaging strategy for a med‑tech product. **Expectations:** - Recent graduate with relevant communications experience (placement, internship, or entry‑level role). - Demonstrated passion for writing, storytelling, and crafting engaging content. - Bachelor's degree and permanent right to work in the UK are required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Produce and edit a variety of communications assets including social media posts, videos, thought‑leadership articles, newsletters, and town‑hall communications. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align messaging with product and marketing initiatives. - Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery across multiple platforms (social media, intranet, email, etc.). - Support the Head of Communications in developing and executing communication campaigns. - Track content performance metrics and propose adjustments to improve engagement. **Required Skills:** - Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. - Storytelling ability with a focus on clear, concise messaging. - Basic video creation and editing proficiency. - Social media management and content strategy. - Email marketing and newsletter design. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. - Team collaboration and willingness to learn and grow. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) with a completed degree program.
