**Job Title** Brand Manager **Role Summary** Lead the brand strategy, creative execution, and omnichannel launch programs for a consumer health and wellness company, targeting engagement, growth, and brand equity across DTC, retail, and digital platforms. **Expactations** 4+ years of brand or marketing experience in omnichannel consumer brands (DTC + retail). Proven ability to develop bold, culturally relevant campaigns. Strong communication, creative direction, and hands‑on execution skills. Data‑driven, outcome focused, and thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid, organic, influencer, community, CRM, and partnership channels to meet revenue, growth, and retention objectives. - Generate and lead bold campaign concepts, including cultural moments, stunts, and guerrilla activations, to elevate brand awareness. - Own content strategy and execution for organic channels, ensuring reach, engagement, shareability, and trend alignment. - Oversee brand identity and creative direction across all touchpoints, maintaining consistency in messaging, visual style, and asset quality. - Lead new product development from a brand perspective: naming, positioning, design input, and go‑to‑market storytelling for DTC and retail. - Conceptualize and deliver retail activation strategies, packaging, in‑store assets, OOH, and omnichannel experiences for retail partners. - Manage external agencies and internal teams; create briefs, workflows, and feedback loops to guarantee high‑quality delivery. - Monitor performance, deliver regular reporting, and analyze insights to refine brand, content, and organic marketing efforts. **Required Skills** - Brand strategy development and execution - Integrated campaign planning and execution (DTC, retail, digital, PR, events) - Creative direction, copywriting, and visual storytelling - Strong written and verbal communication - Data analysis, insights extraction, and reporting - Project management, agency coordination, and budget tracking - Adaptability, proactive ownership, and high attention to detail **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. ---
