**Job Title**
Partnerships Executive – Apparel, Lifestyle & Luxury
**Role Summary**
Spearheads the execution and management of apparel, lifestyle, and luxury partnerships for a global sports brand. Delivers seamless activation, maintains partner relationships, and enhances the brand’s commercial performance through coordinated storytelling, product launches, and premium hospitality experiences.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality partnership activations on schedule across multiple time zones.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Meet or exceed partnership KPIs, including brand visibility, content delivery, and experiential metrics.
- Maintain accurate tracking of deliverables, approvals, and performance data.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Partnership Delivery & Support**: Act as primary point of contact for partner operational requests, oversee fulfillment of branding, product integration, and trackside activations.
- **Product & Collaboration Activation**: Coordinate co‑branded launches, capsule collections, and retail activations; manage samples, product seeding, and photo approvals.
- **Content & Creative Coordination**: Develop creative briefs, production schedules, and shot lists; ensure timely delivery of lookbooks, campaign shoots, and social content.
- **Event, VIP & Hospitality Support**: Arrange hospitality at races, factory tours, brand events, including itineraries, paddock passes, gifting, and guided tours.
- **Reporting & Insights**: Compile monthly/seasonal reports on KPI performance, content metrics, and experiential outcomes; provide actionable insights.
**Required Skills**
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management.
- Detail‑oriented with capacity to juggle multiple fast‑moving projects.
- Understanding of premium brand storytelling and luxury positioning.
- Proficiency in partnership tracking tools, Microsoft Office, and content management systems.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Brand Manager, Project Management Professional) preferred but not mandatory.
