**Role Summary**
Drive data‑driven, digital‑first marketing initiatives for a global architecture and design firm. Own strategy, content, and performance across web, email, SEO, social, and multimedia channels to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans covering SEO, email, content, and social media.
- Manage website and CMS updates, UX improvements, and SEO best practices; monitor performance & provide insights.
- Create compelling digital assets: landing pages, blogs, newsletters, videos, virtual tours, case studies, and campaign collateral.
- Lead the video strategy to support storytelling and thought‑leadership initiatives.
- Build and maintain a monthly social media calendar; produce platform‑specific multimedia content and analyse performance metrics.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns, segmentation, automation, and template best practices.
- Track, report, and translate analytics data into actionable insights; explore AI tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with design and stakeholder teams to ensure brand consistency and the effectiveness of brochures and digital assets.
**Required Skills**
- B2B digital marketing with 4+ years of performance‑focused experience.
- Strong website & CMS management, SEO, CRO, and content optimisation.
- Advanced copywriting and digital content creation.
- Proficiency with AI content, analysis, or optimisation tools.
- Analytical mindset; experienced with web analytics and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- GDPR and accessibility awareness; digital governance.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or data analytics are desirable.
