**Job title** Security Architect
**Role Summary**
Design and author secure solution architectures for cloud and on‑prem environments, producing high‑level designs and solution design documents that meet enterprise standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, IT operations, compliance, and risk teams to translate business needs into secure technical solutions and guide implementation.
**Expatctations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end security solutions across DLP, SIEM, IAM, endpoint protection, and cloud/on‑prem domains.
- Produce detailed architectural documentation (HLDs, SDDs) and ensure alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and internal security policies.
- Stay current on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices, and advise on tool selections.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Create comprehensive Solution Design Documents for security and infrastructure solutions.
2. Architect secure solutions in domains such as DLP, SIEM, IAM, EDR/MDM, and cloud/on‑prem security.
3. Collaborate with IT, application, compliance, and risk teams to gather requirements and translate them into secure designs.
4. Evaluate, recommend, and integrate security tools, technologies, and frameworks.
5. Ensure all designs comply with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and organizational security policies.
6. Provide architectural guidance during implementation and deployment phases.
7. Maintain knowledge of emerging threats, technologies, and industry best practices.
**Required Skills**
- End‑to‑end security solution design (DLP, SIEM, IAM, endpoint protection).
- Cloud security architecture expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Documentation of high‑level designs and technical design documents.
- Familiarity with PAM, IAM tools, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, TOGAF).
- Stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, TOGAF, CCSP, or cloud‑security credentials (AWS/Azure Security) will be considered an advantage.
