Senior Financial Analyst - Business Performance & Analytics
Job Description
Job title: Senior Financial Analyst – Business Performance & Analytics Role Summary: Provide strategic financial insight and data visualization to enable real‑time, evidence‑based decisions for senior leadership. Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards, financial models, and scenario simulators that quantify public value and support sustainable investment planning. Expactations: - Deliver high‑quality, executive‑level reporting and analytics on an ongoing basis. - Lead continuous improvement of financial reporting pipelines and data governance. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with FP&A, Investment Finance and IT to align tools and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Build, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting pipelines for organizational KPIs. - Develop long‑term financial sustainability models and scenario simulators in collaboration with FP&A and Investment teams. - Provide ad‑hoc analytical support for special projects to improve financial insight and operational efficiency. - Automate and optimize reporting processes, ensuring data integrity across ERP, CRM and investment management systems. - Enforce financial data governance practices and support continuous improvement of BOF’s financial systems (ERP, reporting tools, IT). - Translate complex financial results into clear narratives for technical and non‑technical audiences. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or equivalent data‑visualization tools. - Strong research, analytical, and economic/financial modeling skills. - Process improvement mindset and ability to recommend actionable solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present insights to senior stakeholders. - Effective collaboration and change‑leadership abilities across functions. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Systems, Economics or related quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience). - Minimum five years of experience in business, financial and/or data analytics roles. - Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred. - Microsoft Power BI Certification preferred.
