**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer – Solutions (Marketplace & AI Integrations)
**Role Summary:**
Hands‑on technical engineer focused on designing, building, and launching complex integrations atop a cloud‑marketplace revenue platform. Works directly with enterprise customers to map their workflows to APIs, develop AI‑driven automation, and ensure scalable, reliable delivery of marketplace, billing, and compliance services. Collaborates closely with engineering, product, and customer‑success teams to shape tooling, documentation, and roadmap decisions.
**Expectations (Qualifications):**
- 4+ years in a solutions‑focused software engineering role (Solutions Engineer, Architect, or similar).
- Proficient in coding with JavaScript, Python, Go, or equivalent.
- Experience debugging backend systems, APIs, and cloud‑based applications.
- Strong English communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Comfortable engaging directly with enterprise engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience or knowledge of AI‑enabled systems (automation platforms, AI agents, LLM‑backed services).
- Prior exposure to cloud marketplaces, SaaS billing, metering, revenue platforms, or workflow automation is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather technical requirements from customers and translate them into API integration plans and AI‑automation workflows.
- Lead discovery sessions, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts to illustrate intelligent workflow benefits.
- Onboard and guide customers through implementation, go‑live, and post‑deployment support, including AI‑enabled marketplace and billing automation.
- Troubleshoot API issues, analyze logs, validate configurations, and manage escalations for both traditional and AI‑backed components.
- Collaborate with engineering to reproduce, debug, and resolve complex system issues, ensuring clear handoffs.
- Partner with product and customer‑success teams to surface customer needs, particularly around AI reliability, explainability, and automation, influencing roadmap decisions.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and sample code for APIs, integrations, and AI‑powered workflows.
- Translate complex technical and AI concepts for sales and post‑sales technical alignment throughout the deal cycle.
**Required Skills:**
- Backend development (Node.js, Python, Go).
- API design, debugging, and logging.
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba, Snowflake) – familiarity with marketplace integrations.
- Automation and AI concepts (LLMs, AI agents, workflow orchestration).
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Customer‑facing collaboration and solution‑selling mindset.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and code samples.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solution Architect, Azure Developer, or AI/ML certificates) are a plus but not mandatory.
