Job Description
**Job Title** Channel Partner Specialist **Role Summary** Manages and expands the Network of Genomics Solution (NGS) Channel Partners across assigned EMEA countries. Owns partner acquisition, activation, performance monitoring, and sales enablement to achieve and surpass regional sales targets. **Expectations** - Full ownership of partner lifecycle in designated territories. - Drive partner recruitment, contractual onboarding, training, marketing support, and sales target setting. - Maintain regular partner engagement (online or in‑person), performance review, and growth opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams to relay market intelligence, competitive activity, and customer feedback. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners in untapped EMEA markets. - Execute reseller agreements and ensure contractual compliance. - Deliver product, technical, and sales training to partners. - Establish partner sales targets and track attainment against KPIs. - Conduct partner meetings, including quarterly reviews and annual partner summits. - Facilitate partner‑organized customer visits, engaging end users and closing sales. - Input and manage strategic sales opportunities in Salesforce, moving them through the sales funnel. - Build rapport with key opinion leaders (KOLs) using partner networks. - Report competitor tactics and market trends to senior stakeholders. - Meet or exceed assigned regional sales targets. **Required Skills** - Channel partner management expertise (≥3 years). - Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a willingness to challenge status‑quo. - Fluency in English (additional EMEA languages a plus). - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Life Sciences (biology, biochemistry, chemistry, etc.) or related field. - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales or KPI targets in a channel sales environment, preferably in molecular biology reagents, laboratory consumables, or related capital equipment.
