**Job title:** Entry Level Finance **Role Summary:** Assist the Client Financing and Firm Financing desks in day‑to‑day collateral and financing operations, ensuring accurate processing of equity and financing book transactions, cash movements, and funding projections. **Expactations:** - Maintain high accuracy and meet daily deadlines to avoid business critical failures. - Communicate clearly with clients, managers, and cross‑functional teams. - Continuously learn new products and market initiatives. - Support trading, sales, IT, settlements, and client service functions. - Collaborate within the team and share knowledge proactively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Process tri‑party and bilateral collateral optimization, sourcing, and exposure management. - Execute timely processing of equity and financing book items (recalls, substitutions, pledging, restrictions, etc.). - Reconcile positions/balances between external agents and the firm. - Provide daily financing projections to the desks and funding projections to cash management. - Collate and distribute collateral schedules, haircuts, and availability data to stakeholders. - Ensure prompt processing of cash movements between the firm, clients, and agents. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel). - Bonus: Experience with automation tools (Alteryx, Power BI). - Strong understanding of fixed‑income and equity products, settlement processes, and market initiatives. - Detail‑oriented with a high degree of accuracy. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Team player with basic leadership willingness. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate across departments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field. - Relevant internships or experience in financial operations is encouraged. ---
