La génération des Millenials impose de revoir en profondeur notre conception du logement mais également de l’espace de travail, et plus généralement notre façon de vivre en ville. Nos résidences sont conçues comme des hôtels dans lesquels il est possible de rester pour un longue durée. On y vient pour travailler, s'y loger, s'y restaurer, s'y reposer et même y faire du sport mais surtout pour partager, se rencontrer, apprendre sur soi et sur les autres et réaliser ses projets de vie qu'ils soient personnels ou professionnels.

Notre première résidence THE BABEL COMMUNITY du 70 rue de la république à Marseille est un lieu hybride intégrant habitat (80 logements super-équipés), coworking (170 postes de travail en open space ou bureaux fermés, 5 salles de réunion) dans un écosystème plus large de services et de loisirs (restaurant, salle de sport, conciergerie...).

L'offre se développera rapidement dans les plus grandes villes de France avec plusieurs sites déjà sécurisés (Montpellier, anciennes Galeries Lafayette à Marseille, Grenoble, Paris Bercy).

Key Responsibilities: - Define interior layout and design requirements for new apartments. - Create mood boards and visual concepts for space styling. - Select and source furniture, fixtures, and décor items. - Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms with suppliers. - Track delivery status and resolve delays. - Monitor project budgets and cost variances. - Coordinate construction and fit‑out activities. - Open and manage utility and internet contracts. - Organise and oversee photo‑shoots of finished units. - Maintain accurate project records and reporting. Contribute to budget management, vendor negotiation, and operational logistics. Expectations - Complete assigned tasks within project timelines. - Maintain high‑quality work and professional communication. - Show initiative, creativity, and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities - Define interior design requirements based on project specifications. - Create mood boards and material/color samples. - Select and approve furniture, fixtures, and décor for apartments. - Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, delivery dates, and contractual terms. - Monitor procurement status and ensure on‑time arrivals. - Track project budget, expense reports, and cost variances. - Coordinate site work, installation, and hand‑over of finished units. - Manage logistics for energy, internet, and other facility services. - Oversee photo‑shoot setups, staging, and final imagery capture for marketing.
