Job Title: Chief of Staff Intern (CEO Support) Role Summary: Provide strategic, operational, and commercial support to the CEO of a fast‑growing startup. Develop dashboards, drive business development, manage sales processes, and continuously optimize tools and workflows to boost growth and operational efficiency. Expectations: * Enrolled in a Grande École or equivalent program, currently seeking a year‑long internship or capstone project. * Strong motivation, solution‑oriented mindset, and ability to adapt positively to challenges. * Desire to have a tangible impact on company performance and to contribute to a mission‑driven project. Key Responsibilities: * Design and maintain operational and financial KPI dashboards for growth monitoring. * Lead commercial performance initiatives—site SEO, conversion, customer journey—to establish market leadership. * Identify priority market segments and craft targeted messaging. * Plan and launch prospecting campaigns using Lemlist; conduct outreach calls to qualify client needs. * Create and execute communication initiatives (LinkedIn posts, newsletters) to enhance brand awareness. * Continuously refine sales processes from lead generation to payment follow‑up; structure internal SOPs. * Improve and integrate tools (CRM, project management, databases) to enhance inter‑team communication. * Optimize product listing and advertisement creation workflows. * Allocate up to 10 % of time to operational support during peak periods. Required Skills: * Proficiency in English (written and spoken). * Basic or advanced knowledge of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. * Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Lemlist, LinkedIn) and data analysis. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities. * Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of high‑impact tasks. Required Education & Certifications: * Current student in a Grande École or equivalent business/management program. * No specific certifications required, but experience or coursework in finance, marketing, or operations is advantageous.
