**Job Title:** Account Director – Commercial **Role Summary:** Lead the development and management of a portfolio of commercial insurance and risk‑management clients in Morocco. Analyze client needs, design tailored insurance solutions, drive new business opportunities, and maintain long‑term relationships to meet revenue targets. **Expectations:** - Grow and retain a profitable client portfolio. - Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets. - Deliver high‑quality, data‑driven risk advisory services. - Represent the firm professionally in a multicultural environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and acquire new commercial accounts; negotiate contracts and terms. - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and propose appropriate insurance products. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely service and issue resolution. - Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular performance reports. - Stay informed on local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities. **Required Skills:** - Proven commercial development and sales negotiation experience. - In‑depth knowledge of insurance products and risk‑management principles. - Strong analytical ability to assess client needs and craft bespoke recommendations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and long‑term relationships. - Proficiency with standard office tools (Excel) and CRM systems. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and adapt to a dynamic environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field. - Professional insurance licensing or relevant certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM) preferred but not mandatory.
