About the Company

Language skills are a valuable asset in the international business world. Nearly all employees, regardless of their position, come into contact with other languages. Lerian-Nti was created with a view to helping organisations develop their employees’ language skills. Its mission statement – based on its name, which refers to the Old Saxon word for ‘learning’ – is to ‘teach to communicate in a foreign language’. For over 20 years Lerian-Nti has been organising tailor-made courses, either individual, in pairs or in groups. These training courses are always designed to meet the specific professional needs and competences of the participants. For some years now, Lerian-Nti has been working with the most prominent universities and organisations in Belgium and abroad on a wide variety of projects. Through continuous quality control and a strong focus on results, Lerian-Nti is proud to be the language learning partner for numerous large-scale projects and tenders. Every three years, Lerian-Nti undergoes a customer satisfaction audit carried out by the external organisation “Management Information” (http://www.maninfo.be). The latest audit report was produced in December 2009, as a result of which Lerian-Nti obtained the Qfor Quality Label, a European quality label for the training and consultancy market. It is only awarded to companies that score at least 80% for customer satisfaction. Lerian-Nti obtained a score of 100 % for overall customer satisfaction.
