Role Summary
Assist the CEO in accelerating the launch and adoption of Recrut’Auto, an internal AI‑powered SaaS recruitment tool. Directly responsible for driving growth through high‑impact content, outbound and inbound acquisition, and community building. Full ownership of end‑to‑end execution in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- **Content & Video** – Create short, punchy videos for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts that articulate market pain, value proposition, and product workflow. Write scripts, perform rapid filming, edit efficiently, test multiple angles.
- **Growth & Acquisition** – Run outbound LinkedIn messaging sequences, A/B test outreach, craft high‑converting email copy, analyze open and conversion rates. Build inbound funnels with high‑value content, deploy simple, test‑and‑learn pipelines, prune underperforming tactics.
- **Community & Distribution** – Build and nurture a community of recruiters, managers, and founders. Produce regular content, facilitate direct interactions, gather feedback to inform product iteration. Treat community as a core growth engine rather than a marketing perk.
Required Skills
- Video production: scriptwriting, shooting (mobile or DSLR), editing (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
- Social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
- Outbound prospecting on LinkedIn, email copywriting, A/B testing, email deliverability.
- Funnel design and conversion tracking (Utm, analytics).
- Data‑driven mindset: hypothesis testing, metric definition, rigorous measurement, documentation.
- Rapid learning and adaptability; comfortable with direct, candid feedback.
- High self‑discipline, performance obsession, and rigorous quality control.
Required Education & Certifications
- Final year (or equivalent) of study; acceptance only for top performers.
- Business schools (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, emlyon) or engineering schools with strong product/growth focus.
- Curriculum includes entrepreneurship, digital marketing, or growth.
- No prior internship experience required; zero “career‑exploration” profiles.
