Utilize Power BI, SQL, and related technologies to design dashboards and visualizations, conduct data cleansing, modeling, and validation, and provide actionable insights aligned with regulatory and economic considerations. **Expactations:** - Deliver accurate and timely dashboards and reports that meet business stakeholder requirements. - Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation, testing, and audit processes. - Communicate insights clearly to cross‑functional teams and executive leadership. - Proactively recommend and implement improvements to BI tools, data pipelines, and visualizations. - Support compliance with regulatory standards and data governance best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and manage Power BI dashboards, reports, and visual analytics. - Extract, transform, and clean data from diverse sources using SQL and ETL tools. - Design data models, perform unit testing, and support Master Data Management initiatives. - Collaborate in an agile environment to define reporting requirements and ensure alignment with strategy. - Validate data, conduct regular audits of data pipelines, and troubleshoot data quality issues. - Stay current on BI trends, evaluating and piloting emerging technologies for enhanced visualization and reporting. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years of hands‑on experience in data and insights development. - Expertise in Power BI and SQL; familiarity with SSAS, SSRS, SSIS is an asset. - Strong data modeling, ETL, and data validation skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights. - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Post‑secondary education in computer technology, information technology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI, SQL Server, or data analytics credentials) are a plus.
