SAP Basis Administration Lead (BC)
**Role Summary**
Lead the SAP Managed Services business unit, overseeing technical delivery, client relationships, and a cross‑border team (France & Spain). Drive service quality, financial performance, and commercial growth while staying current with SAP cloud innovations.
**Expactations**
- Deliver high‑quality SAP Basis services and maintain client satisfaction.
- Manage financial metrics (billing, P&L, profitability) and operational planning.
- Foster team growth, recruitment, and performance.
- Drive commercial activities: needs analysis, pre‑sales support, pricing, offering development.
- Ensure continuous adoption of SAP cloud and DevOps best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coach and manage a bi‑country team of SAP Basis engineers, consultants, and cloud specialists.
- Set and evolve delivery processes to meet quality, performance, and client expectations.
- Lead technical projects: cloud migrations, upgrades, SAP RISE, BTP deployments, and on‑premise support.
- Provide expert consulting on architecture, administration, and deployment across SAP solutions (S/4HANA, RISE, BTP).
- Conduct market and technology scouting to inform service roadmap.
- Negotiate contracts, manage billing, and monitor profitability.
- Partner with sales to analyze client needs and support solution proposals.
**Required Skills**
- Proven leadership in SAP Basis or related expertise management.
- Deep technical knowledge of SAP architecture, administration, and cloud deployments (S/4HANA, RISE, BTP).
- Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong commercial acumen: pre‑sales, contract negotiation, and P&L oversight.
- Excellent communication in English; Spanish preferred.
- Client‑centric mindset with team‑building capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- SAP Basis certification(s) (e.g., SAP Basis 101/201 or equivalent).
- Cloud platform certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps credentials highly desirable.
