**Job Title** CRM Developer – Salesforce **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions within a global/regional IT environment. Perform systems analysis, integrate with other platforms, manage data integrity, support vendors, and lead projects that align technology with business objectives. **Expectations** - Hybrid work model: minimum 3 days onsite. - Deliver high‑quality Salesforce enhancements and upgrades on schedule. - Communicate technical solutions clearly to stakeholders of all levels. - Participate in global cross‑functional teams and vendor collaborations. **Key Responsibilities** - Configure, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce applications (Apex, Lightning, custom objects). - Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional/technical specifications. - Design and maintain the Salesforce data model, ensuring data integrity and security best practices. - Coordinate integrations and interfaces with external and internal data systems. - Create and execute system test plans, use cases, and test scripts. - Document specifications, user guides, and technical support materials. - Resolve Level 3 incidents and provide post‑implementation support. - Perform application version updates, vendor coordination, and platform upgrades. - Manage projects, track progress, and report status to stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce). - Salesforce configuration and customization. - SQL and relational database knowledge. - Systems integration & interface design experience. - Project management, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication, with cross‑cultural competence. - Vendor management and partnership coordination. - Ability to adapt to rapid priority changes and to work long hours as needed. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related field **with** 3+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, **or** - Associate degree with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. - Salesforce certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator) is highly desirable.
