Job Title: Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions to support customer‑facing and revenue‑driving functions. Translate business requirements into secure, high‑performance Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative configurations. Collaborate with stakeholders, maintain integrations, and ensure solutions meet enterprise security and performance standards. Expectations: * Deliver production‑ready code and configurations on time within a fast‑paced, Agile environment. * Enable continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform in alignment with organizational strategy. * Serve as a technical expert on Salesforce best practices, security, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools. * Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and produce technical designs. * Configure objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards. * Design, implement, and support integrations between Salesforce and ERP, data platforms, and cloud services (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event‑driven patterns). * Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, performance, scalability, and maintainability standards. * Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and deploy durable fixes. * Participate in release planning, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Git and Salesforce DevOps tools. * Support data initiatives: migration, synchronization, cleansing, and validation. * Maintain clear technical documentation and participate in Agile ceremonies. * Stay current with Salesforce releases, identifying opportunities to enhance the ecosystem. Required Skills: * 4+ years as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise or mid‑size environments. * Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and declarative tools. * Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. * Proven integration experience with ERP systems, data platforms, or cloud services using APIs and middleware. * Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and sharing mechanisms. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD). * Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality solutions quickly.
