Job Description
Job title: Data Research & Validation Internship Role Summary: Assist in gathering, validating, and cleaning industry and customer data to support sales and CRM accuracy. Collaborate with the sales team to unearth new B2B opportunities and maintain high‑quality data sets for analysis and reporting. Expectations: Part‑time, 6‑month internship; deliver timely, accurate research and data validation tasks; maintain organized record-keeping and demonstrate strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Research industry data using business registries, databases, and reliable sources. - Conduct duplicate checks and validate existing CRM data for completeness and accuracy. - Coordinate with sales staff to confirm data validity and identify untapped sales potential. - Organize and maintain clean, structured datasets for lead generation, analysis, and reporting. - Support ongoing data quality improvement and sales enablement projects. Required Skills: - Proficient data analysis and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus). - Critical thinking and efficient problem‑solving. - Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork. - Basic data visualization knowledge. - Understanding of B2B marketing and consumer behavior decision‑making. - Familiarity with AI‑based tools (beneficial). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). - Strong written and verbal communication. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrollment or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Business Psychology with Marketing focus. - Salesforce certification is a plus (not mandatory).
