Key Responsibilities: * Stimulate commercial growth across Individual, SME, and Corporate segments. * Develop and nurture broker and partner relationships; conduct quarterly business reviews to align actions. * Plan market strategy, deliver short‑ and medium‑term plans, and provide timely forecasts and reports. * Acquire new clients end‑to‑end: prospecting, consultative presentations, quotation coordination, and onboarding. * Protect and grow existing portfolio by collaborating with account managers and internal teams to retain clients and identify upsell opportunities. * Convert market, broker, and competitive insights into actionable plans. * Prioritize client outcomes, comply with relevant regulations, report issues promptly, and adhere to governance standards. Required Skills: * Minimum 10 years of experience in health or insurance distribution via intermediaries or direct sales in France. * Proven consultative sales track record, capturing new business in Individual, SME, and Corporate segments. * Strong partnership orientation with a history of growing business through brokers and strategic partners. * Excellent communication skills in French and English; able to present to diverse audiences. * Commercial and analytical mindset: evaluate opportunities, leverage data, and translate insights into actions. * Collaborative, organized, proactive, and resilient within a matrixed environment.
