Job title: Client Partner – Life Sciences 360 Recruitment
Role Summary: Full‑cycle, 360 recruitment specialist for life sciences firms, responsible for establishing and expanding long‑term client relationships with founders, leaders, and investors. Owns end‑to‑end sourcing, selection, and placement of permanent and contract roles while actively supporting early‑stage capital raises.
Expectations:
- Deliver consistent, high‑value placements for life‑sciences clients.
- Build and maintain lasting partnerships, driving repeat business.
- Achieve invoicing and revenue targets independently from day one.
- Manipulate market data to advise clients on hiring strategy and compensation benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates across all talent levels (technical, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and leadership).
- Manage client relationships: understand business objectives, forecast hiring needs, and provide strategic workforce insights.
- Facilitate the full hiring cycle: job brief creation, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share market intelligence, improve sourcing tactics, and support client proposals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, candidate tracking, and client communication in the ATS.
- Proactively identify opportunities for additional engagements (such as contract placements or interim leadership).
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of full‑cycle (360) recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated success in billable responsibility and sales/CRM ownership.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and deliver under pressure.
- Familiarity with life‑sciences domains, including R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial talent needs.
- Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, candidate databases).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; life‑sciences background preferred.
- Recruitment certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Recruiter, CIPD) are advantageous but not mandatory.
