Job Description
**Job title** Senior International Brand Manager **Role Summary** Champion Gü’s brand strategy across international markets, with a priority focus on the United States. Own brand equity development, commercial performance, and expansion initiatives, ensuring all global communications, packaging, activations, and launches align with brand guidelines while resonating locally. **Expactations** - Develop and execute a forward‑looking FY28 international brand plan. - Act as the global brand guardian to maintain consistency across all markets. - Define and deliver a three‑year innovation pipeline for the U.S. market. - Lead new market rollouts and portfolio management to scale the brand’s footprint. - Provide strategic and commercial input as part of the U.S. leadership team. - Manage and develop one direct report. **Key Responsibilities** *International Brand Growth* - Execute the International Brand Plan and prepare FY28 strategy. - Ensure all communications, packaging, activations, and launches meet global brand guidelines. - Translate global content to local relevance and effectiveness. *Market Expansion & Rollouts* - Lead new market rollouts based on commercial opportunity and win‑ability. - Expand international footprint through scalable brand tools and portfolio oversight. - Partner with central and local teams to deliver customized launch toolkits. *Innovation & Portfolio Leadership* - Identify consumer and market needs to build a robust innovation pipeline. - Collaborate with Innovation teams to integrate local insights into NPD plans. - Support global portfolio prioritisation for international markets. *USA Market Leadership* - Own and execute a 3‑year US innovation pipeline. - Lead new product launches, coordinating with local influencer, social, and shopper agencies. - Contribute to strategic and commercial decisions within the US leadership team. *Collaboration & People Leadership* - Work cross‑functionally in a matrixed, high‑growth environment. - Play a key role in high‑profile regional project teams. - Line‑manage and mentor one direct report. **Required Skills** - 2+ years international or global brand marketing experience. - Proven track record of delivering impactful brand campaigns and local activations on limited budgets. - Strong commercial acumen, linking brand building to business growth. - Experience launching brands or products internationally. - Consumer‑centric mindset with a global perspective. - Strategic thinker, able to define market entry and success criteria. - Comfortable operating in ambiguity and delivering results quickly. - Collaborative team player with cross‑functional experience. - Line‑management experience preferred. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant certifications in brand management, marketing strategy, or project management (e.g., GMA, PMP) are advantageous.
