**Job Title**: Head of Demolition and Dismantling Projects Manager **Role Summary** Lead technical-commercial project execution for demolition, deconstruction, and asbestos removal, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence while supporting client and regulatory compliance. **Expectations** Minimum 6 years’ experience in industrial unit deconstruction/dismantling and/or asbestos removal, preferably in engineering offices or construction firms. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end projects (technical, financial, commercial) for demolition, deconstruction, and asbestos removal. - Coordinate local teams and oversee technical progress of engineers. - Prepare technical proposals, including waste diagnostics (PEMD) and compliance diagnostics (asbestos, lead, termites). - Develop pre-work studies (feasibility, cost estimates, contracts). - Analyze contractor bids and recommend selections to clients. - Supervise project execution, site meetings, and work reception. - Maintain client relationships from proposal to contract finalization. - Manage external partners and support bidirectional business development. - Ensure QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) regulations and safety compliance. **Required Skills** - Project management (budget, timeline, quality control). - Asbestos removal and deconstruction/dismantling expertise. - Technical proposal drafting and regulatory compliance (PEMD, asbestos/lead diagnostics). - Client relationship management and team coordination. - Technical writing, QSE knowledge, and safety protocols. - B2-level English proficiency (additional languages optional). **Required Education & Certifications** - Engineering degree or Master’s in civil/structural engineering. - Proven track record in deconstruction/dismantling and asbestos removal projects.

Job Description
Job Title: Information Systems Intern / Data Manager (F/H) Role Summary: Provide support to the Data Manager in developing and integrating data management solutions within an environmental sustainability context. Drive data consolidation, documentation, and adoption of digital tools across multidisciplinary teams. Expectations: - Develop and maintain a centralised data architecture linking disparate business databases. - Facilitate the creation of a centralised image repository and GIS system. - Build a public data library with update workflows and QGIS/SSDD integration. - Design a unified interface schema, including use‑case mockups and integration scenarios. - Produce operational documentation, naming conventions, and best‑practice guides. - Support the rollout of internal digital tools, manage user adoption, and resolve bugs. Key Responsibilities: - Map existing company databases (data types, formats, accessibility, usage) and identify gaps or redundancies. - Define and implement a centralised image database structure and access controls. - Contribute to the design of a public data repository, including source inventory and update procedures. - Create interface prototypes and functional specifications for connecting to multiple databases. - Document processes, develop feeding procedures, and standardise data naming. - Assist the Data Manager with the deployment of new digital solutions and oversee user training. - Communicate with international colleagues, providing support in English (B2/C1 level). - Offer feedback and troubleshoot issues with implemented tools.
