Job Title: Stage R&D IA
Role Summary:
Support the development and implementation of AI solutions within an industrial R&D environment.
Design, prototype, and deploy AI-based tools (chatbots, automation scripts, NLP, and vision models), validate concepts, and produce training and communication materials for global teams.
Expactations:
- Completion of a 5‑year engineering program or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Mastery of Python programming, data libraries (pandas, scikit‑learn), deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and web APIs (FastAPI).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure AI services and SQL.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and associated platforms (HuggingFace, OpenAI, LangChain).
- Working knowledge of NLP and/or computer vision fundamentals.
- Comfortable with collaborative tools (Git, Jupyter, Docker).
- Ability to create multimedia content (e‑learning modules, video tutorials).
- Strong analytical, communication, and autonomous work style.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions, including chatbots and automation scripts.
• Script and prototype in Python for text analysis, classification, summarization, and content generation.
• Identify high‑impact AI use cases in partnership with business units.
• Develop evaluation methodologies (ROI, technology relevance, feasibility).
• Build and run Proof‑of‑Concepts to validate AI solutions.
• Produce digital training modules (e‑learning, video, tutorials) to enable adoption.
• Create dynamic communication assets (presentations, infographics, internal microsites).
• Set up and maintain collaborative spaces (SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, Notion) for global knowledge sharing.
