Job Title: Data Scientist
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end analytics for an international SaaS portfolio, applying statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI to transform complex enterprise data into actionable insights that drive product innovation, marketing, and operational efficiency across global markets.
Expactations:
- 5–8+ years of enterprise data science experience.
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and German mandatory; additional languages welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and productionise advanced statistical models and ML pipelines.
- Clean, integrate, and transform data from CRM, ERP, and SaaS sources.
- Build scalable, reproducible ETL workflows and automated reporting dashboards.
- Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to translate analytics into business strategies.
- Deploy AI/ML techniques for predictive modeling, recommendation engines, and anomaly detection.
- Uphold data governance, quality, and compliance (GDPR, SOC 2).
- Create visualizations and presentations for technical and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct experiments, A/B tests, and causal inference studies to assess impact.
- Stay current with emerging data science methods and tools.
Required Skills:
- Programming: Python, R, SQL.
- Visualization: Tableau, Power BI or equivalent.
- ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn.
- Big‑data & cloud: AWS, Azure, Databricks, Spark.
- Statistical modeling, predictive analytics, NLP, deep learning expertise.
- Data engineering fundamentals, ETL, data governance.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications in ML, data engineering, or cloud platforms preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate).
