Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Cyber Security Engineer (Assurance) **Role Summary** Lead cyber‑security design, risk assessment, testing and assurance for operational technology (OT) solutions in a rail infrastructure context. Deliver end‑to‑end security across the project lifecycle, from bid to commissioning and support, ensuring compliance with IEC 62443, CENELEC, NIS, NIS2, EU CRA, TS 50701 and related standards. **Expectations** - Provide technical leadership and consultancy on security architecture, risk management and testing. - Maintain and enforce security requirements and documentation. - Mentor and develop junior engineers. - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, influencing decisions and ensuring stakeholder alignment. - Keep abreast of evolving threats, technologies and regulatory requirements, applying them to current and future projects. **Key Responsibilities** - Specify and manage security requirements for projects, ensuring alignment with international and regional standards. - Conduct threat and risk analyses, define counter‑measures and validate risk acceptance. - Design system security zoning and protection architectures. - Develop and implement security test strategies, including penetration testing and verification of security controls. - Evaluate third‑party components against security requirements. - Compile, review, and archive security artefacts throughout development. - Represent security engineering in milestone and stage‑gate reviews. - Capture and disseminate lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. - Respond to security vulnerabilities and incidents in coordination with incident response teams. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership in OT cyber‑security engineering. - Deep knowledge of IEC 62443 and CENELEC standards. - Experience with NIS/NIS2, EU CRA, TS 50701 compliance. - Expertise in threat & risk assessment, security architecture, zoning, and counter‑measure design. - Proficiency in security testing (V&V, penetration testing). - Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and mentoring abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, science, or a numerate discipline. - Professional certifications: CISSP, CSSLP, or CESG CCP (at least one required). ---

Job Description
**Job Title** Assistant Survey Manager **Role Summary** Support the Engineering Survey Manager in coordinating and executing all site surveying activities for a large redevelopment project, ensuring data accuracy, QA/QC compliance, and alignment with project specifications. **Expectations** - Deliver precise survey data and reports in line with QC1 procedures. - Maintain high standards of documentation, traceability, and tolerances. - Lead, manage, and mentor survey teams under tight programme deadlines. - Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and security requirements (BPSS clearance). - Function as a liaison between surveying, engineering, and construction teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage site surveying activities, including control network maintenance across multiple construction areas. - Operate and supervise prism and scanning total station (ATS) networks using Leica GeoMoS. - Execute manual monitoring programmes and report structural or surface movements. - Establish machine control systems for excavation and dowel drilling (TPS). - Perform as-built scanning of existing structures, process point clouds, and validate design models. - Conduct demolition scanning for as-built records and conformity checks. - Carry out quality assurance surveys for reinforced concrete works (pre-pour and post-pour). - Deliver laser-scanned as-built surveys and point cloud modelling. - Ensure accurate collection, recording, and storage of survey data per QA/QC standards. - Prepare, review, and submit survey reports, drawings, and data outputs. - Oversee survey equipment calibration, maintenance, and operational readiness. - Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to align survey operations with programme schedules. - Implement QC1 procedures, maintaining documentation and reporting. - Archive survey documentation within the project document management system for compliance and audits. - Attend daily briefings, providing updates on progress, constraints, and risks. - Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations and project requirements. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in total stations, GPS/GNSS, laser scanning, and data processing (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Leica Infinity, Leica Cyclone, Leica 3DR). - Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organisational abilities. - Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage survey teams and resolve on-site issues. - Capability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing programmes. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or Construction. - 3–5 years of senior surveying or assistant survey management experience on civil engineering projects. - CSCS Card. - SMSTS or SSSTS certificate (preferred). - Membership or active pursuit of CInstCES (or equivalent professional body). - BPSS clearance (security requirement). **Desirable (Optional)** - Experience on major infrastructure or utilities projects (highways, rail, water, energy, nuclear). - Knowledge of BIM or digital construction processes. - Additional safety certifications (e.g., First Aid).
