**Job Title:** Project Management Internship **Role Summary:** 10‑week, full‑time summer internship supporting the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) of a banking institution. Intern will gain practical experience in project coordination, documentation, risk and issue tracking, and process improvement while shadowing seasoned Project Managers and using industry tools. **Expectations:** - Shadow Project Managers and participate in project meetings. - Assist with meeting facilitation, note‑taking, and summary distribution. - Contribute to scope definition, schedule updates, change controls, and closure reports. - Support EPMO process‑improvement initiatives. - Follow bank compliance, affirmative‑action, and equal‑opportunity policies. - Travel as required and lift/carry up to 25 lb. **Key Responsibilities:** - Document meeting minutes and action items. - Track project risks, issues, and action items in Azure Boards or similar tools. - Help develop and maintain project schedules and scope documents. - Prepare project change‑control forms and closure reports. - Participate in process‑improvement activities within the EPMO. - Perform other duties assigned by the EPMO Leader or Project Managers. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and verbal communication. - Proven analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Familiarity with project‑management tools (e.g., OneNote, Azure Boards, OnePlan) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program. - Preferred majors: Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. - No specific certifications required; willingness to learn industry‑standard tools and methodologies.
