**Job Title** AI Engineering Intern **Role Summary** Collaborate with senior AI engineers and product managers to develop early‑stage prototypes of an AI‑driven call‑center solution. Engage in end‑to‑end design—process analysis, roadmap creation, product requirements, and prototype delivery—while gaining hands‑on experience with large language models and conversational AI tools. **Expectations** - Deliver a functioning AI prototype for call‑center interaction by internship end. - Produce a detailed process transformation plan transitioning from manual to AI‑first call handling. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze current call‑center workflows to document “AS IS” state. - Design a “TO BE” roadmap incorporating LLM‑based AI solutions. - Draft comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to guide engineering efforts. - Build, test, and iterate prototype components using latest AI frameworks and tools. - Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams throughout the development cycle. - Present progress and findings to stakeholders, refining scope based on feedback. **Required Skills** - Familiarity with machine‑learning and AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face). - Basic experience in LLM deployment and conversational AI workflow design. - Ability to rapidly prototype, experiment, and iterate with new AI tools. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in a dynamic environment. - Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field. - Coursework or projects involving natural language processing, machine learning, or AI system design preferred. ---
