Job Description
Job Title: Job Analyst Role Summary Analyze and design job structures, evaluate employee data, and develop HR policies and programs to support organizational goals. Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards. Expectations - Minimum one year of relevant HR or job analysis experience. - Proficient in conducting job evaluations, occupational classifications, and salary benchmarking. - Effective communication with managers, staff, and external stakeholders. - Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training initiatives. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Key Responsibilities - Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures. - Assign and oversee projects related to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations. - Coordinate HR departmental activities to align with organizational objectives. - Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and programs. - Advise managers and employees on HR policies, benefits, and collective agreements. - Establish and implement policies, procedures, and classifications for occupations. - Plan and execute recruitment strategies; conduct hiring, training, and performance reviews. - Manage employee contracts and oversee training and development strategies. - Analyze employee data, prepare reports, and develop communication strategies. - Supervise hiring and training of HR staff.
