**Job Title**
(Candidate Internship) CEO’s Right-Hand (Chief of Staff)
**Role Summary**
Act as the senior executive’s primary liaison between technology, product, and customers in a high‑growth SaaS startup. Drive operational excellence, marketing content, and client consulting while contributing to strategic initiatives, fundraising, and day‑to‑day startup operations.
**Expectations**
- Implement scalable processes to streamline daily operations.
- Deliver high‑value marketing assets and educational materials.
- Consult with technical senior clients on system architecture and solution adoption.
- Participate in strategic planning, market testing, fundraising, hiring, budgeting, and office management.
- Produce measurable improvements in efficiency, client onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Operations:** Design and automate workflows; build knowledge bases, tutorials, and expert resources.
2. **Marketing & Content:** Create white‑papers, interactive tools, event materials, and other assets targeting IT teams.
3. **Client Consulting:** Guide senior technical stakeholders through tool onboarding, first‑stage mapping, and IT system modeling.
4. **Strategic Initiatives:** Contribute to business strategy, new market testing, fundraising, hiring, budgeting, and office logistics.
5. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the founder, current right‑hand, and cross‑functional teams to align product, sales, and engineering goals.
**Required Skills**
- Strong curiosity and foundational knowledge of IT, data, and systems architecture.
- Ability to abstract complex concepts, explain them clearly, and create pedagogical materials.
- Proactive, autonomous, and highly motivated to learn daily.
- Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Comfortable with rapid iteration, multitasking, and startup pace.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current enrolment or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- No mandatory certifications, but exposure to SaaS, IT consulting, or product management is advantageous.
