**Job Title:** Sales Partnerships Manager **Role Summary:** Build and close strategic partnerships with senior decision‑makers in the beauty and wellness industry to expand and deepen the client base. Manage end‑to‑end relationship lifecycle, from prospecting to renewal, while driving measurable revenue and account growth. **Expectations:** - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue, retention, and account growth targets. - Deliver daily strategic outreach, maintaining required contact and meeting quotas. - Develop compelling sales collateral and effectively present solutions to C‑suite audiences. - Represent organization at industry events, expanding network of senior beauty professionals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect, pitch, and close UGC and marketing programs with CMOs, VPs, and senior stakeholders. - Conduct daily outreach, schedule meetings, and deliver presentations. - Create and refine sales materials: decks, proposals, contracts, and performance reports. - Serve as the primary client partner: oversee onboarding, success, renewals, and upsell opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless program execution. - Attend conferences and networking events to expand reach and cultivate senior‑level relationships. - Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report progress to leadership. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of sales experience in digital marketing, UGC, SaaS, or beauty‑tech. - Proven record of closing new business and expanding existing accounts. - Strong network of senior beauty industry contacts (CMO/VP/Director). - Ability to navigate multi‑solution pitches with C‑suite stakeholders. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts. - Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred). - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities. - Self‑starter, collaborative, polished professional presence. - Korean‑English bilingualism is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - No specific certifications mandatory, but experience with sales‑enablement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred.
