**Job title:** Future Sales & Marketing Strategy Advisor (Early Conversations) **Role Summary:** Provide strategic expertise to a growing recruitment and HR‑tech firm on positioning and selling a weekly recruitment service and their B2B SaaS platform, MyPathway. Engage in high‑impact early‑stage conversations to shape product market fit, go‑to‑market tactics, and foundational sales and marketing plans. **Expectations:** - Deliver actionable insights on positioning, messaging, and channel selection for both recruitment services and the MyPathway SaaS product. - Evaluate outbound vs. inbound lead generation strategies and recommend prioritization. - Produce a clear strategy roadmap for building a sales and marketing function from the ground up. - Complete short‑term strategy or test projects; serve as an advisory contributor. - Position for potential first‑hire leadership roles in 2026. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze current market landscape and define unique value propositions for recruitment services and MyPathway. - Design go‑to‑market plans, including target personas, messaging frameworks, and channel mix. - Assess and recommend outbound and inbound lead generation tactics, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools. - Prioritize initiatives to accelerate pipeline development and revenue generation during early scaling. - Craft concise, data‑driven recommendations for senior leadership. - Execute or oversee short‑term strategy/test projects to validate assumptions and iterate plans. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in B2B SaaS or professional services sales and marketing. - Strategic thinker with a track record of launching and scaling early‑stage growth programs. - Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. - Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and building processes from scratch. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No mandatory certifications; preference for experience with SaaS sales, account‑based marketing, or growth hacking.
