Job Description
**Job title** Corporate Partnerships Manager **Role Summary** Spearhead the day‑to‑day stewardship of a portfolio of corporate partners, driving relationship management, project delivery and impact reporting. Provide strategic support to fundraising by developing compelling business proposals and coordinating high‑profile partner engagements, while improving internal processes and CRM practices to maximise partnership value. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality partnership outcomes consistently on schedule. - Maintain clear, measurable impact evidence for partners. - Advance new partnership opportunities in alignment with organisational objectives. - Act as the main liaison between partners, internal teams and senior leadership. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of partnership frameworks and data integrity. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Portfolio Management & Stewardship** – Act as primary contact for assigned corporate partners; manage expectations, negotiate deliverables and ensure commitments are met. 2. **End‑to‑End Project Management** – Plan, track and close out partnership projects; capture action items, maintain timelines, and coordinate cross‑functional execution. 3. **Cross‑Team Collaboration** – Keep internal teams informed, facilitate task allocation, and harmonise stakeholder input across directorates. 4. **Communications & Storytelling** – Partner with Communications to weave partner stories into long‑term brand campaigns and annual narratives. 5. **Activation & Logistics** – Organise partner presence at events, campaigns and media opportunities; handle invitations, benefits, tickets and logistics. 6. **Impact Reporting** – Collect data, generate insights and craft partner‑ready reports that demonstrate outcomes and ROI. 7. **CRM & Portfolio Operations** – Maintain accurate partner records; support KPI monitoring, risk identification and process refinement. 8. **New Business Development** – Research prospects, provide briefing material and assist in crafting proposals under the guidance of the Head of Corporate Partnerships. 9. **Risk & Due Diligence** – Evaluate partnership risks and coordinate escalation of legal, financial or reputational concerns. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in corporate partnership or account management (3+ years). - Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and budget. - Excellent written and verbal communication; experience influencing internal audiences and partners. - Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data reporting tools. - Ability to analyse data, translate findings into actionable insights and compelling narratives. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple functional teams. - Detail‑oriented, self‑starter, and adept at managing competing priorities. - Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks and social/charitable partnership ecosystems. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. - Professional project‑management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is highly desirable. ---
