Job Description
**Job Title:** Human Resources Intern **Role Summary:** Support day‑to‑day Human Resources (HR) functions across recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll & administration, and learning & development. Act as a hands‑on partner for HR Business Partners, contributing to projects, data analysis, and reporting. Gain comprehensive exposure to full‑cycle HR processes within an international organization committed to sustainability. **Expectations:** - Completion of a long‑term internship (minimum 6 months). - Proven curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to engage across all HR areas. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a highly organised manner. - Willingness to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Recruitment & Talent Acquisition** – post job listings, screen candidates, and enhance candidate experience; support employer‑brand initiatives. - **Compensation & Benefits** – assist with non‑legal benefit projects, data collection, and analysis. - **Payroll & HR Administration** – manage employee records, process administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with HR policies. - **Learning & Development** – track training enrollments, schedule courses, create and distribute L&D materials, and communicate program updates. - **Cross‑Functional Projects** – conduct ad‑hoc HR analyses, prepare dashboards, and draft management reports in collaboration with HR Business Partners. **Required Skills:** - Bilingual proficiency (French/Belgian Dutch) with solid command of the other language. - Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR data analysis tools. - Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders. - High level of self‑initiative, problem‑solving, and adaptability to dynamic priorities. - Attention to detail, organisational aptitude, and respect for data privacy. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrolment in or completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - No additional certifications required.
